offer a range of cleaning services including office
cleaning,
Window cleaning and end of tenancy cleans etc.
Q: What windows do you clean?
A: We clean windows
for both commercial and residential
customers
Q: How do we know when you have cleaned the
Windows?
A: We will leave
a compliment slip once work is completed.
Q: What methods do you use to clean windows?
A: We use the latest
pure water fed pole system when cleaning
windows. For more information about this system and why we

However we still use the traditional
method when cleaning inside windows.
Q: What about payment?
A: For residential
customers we will collect once work is
completed but if you are out then dont worry because we
will leave a pre-paid
envelope for you to send payment to us
For commercial customers
an invoice will be sent at the end
of the month.
Q: How long do i get to pay?
A: (a) Residential
clients must send payment within 14 days of
windows
being cleaned using the pre-paid envelope.
(b)
Commercial customers must pay within 28 days
of there invoice date.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the
following payment methods - Cheque, Postal
orders, Cash, Standing orders or Bank transfer.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we have £1
million public liability cover so in the event of
an accident you can rest assured that we are covered.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: Every job is different

Q: What happens if im not happy with the job?
A: If your not happy
for any reason please do contact us within
24 hours and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
