A: We offer a range of cleaning
services including office
cleaning, Window cleaning and end of
tenancy cleans etc.
Q: What windows do you clean?
A: We clean windows
for both commercial and residential
customers
Q: How do we know when you have cleaned the
Windows?
A: We will leave a compliment slip once work is completed.
Q: What methods do you use to clean windows?
A: We use the latest pure water fed pole system when cleaning
windows. For more information about this system and why we
use it - click here.
However we still use the traditional
method when cleaning inside windows.
Q: What about payment?
A: For residential customers we will collect once work is
completed but if you are out then dont worry because we
will leave a pre-paid
envelope for you to send payment to us
For commercial customers an invoice will be sent at the end
of the month.
Q: How
long do i get to pay?
A: (a) Residential
clients must send payment within 14 days of
windows
being cleaned using the pre-paid envelope.
(b)
Commercial customers must pay within 28 days
of there invoice date.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following payment methods - Cheque,
Postal
orders,
Cash, Standing orders or Bank transfer.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we have £1 million public liability cover so in the event of
an accident you can rest assured that we are covered.
Q: How
much do you charge?
A: Every job is different

Q: What happens if im not happy with the
job?
A: If your not happy
for any reason please do contact us within
24 hours and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
