We offer a range of cleaning services

Q: Do you clean residential windows?

Yes we clean windows for
both commercial and residential customers.

Q: How do we know when you have cleaned the windows?

We will leave a compliment slip once
work is completed.

Q: What methods do you use to clean windows?
|
We use a mix of traditional methods and water fed poles
when cleaning external windows. For more information about this system and why we use it - Click
here. We use traditional methods when cleaning internal windows.

For residential customers we will collect once work is completed but if you out then dont worry because we will leave a
pre-paid envelope for you to send payment to us. For commercial customers an invoice will be sent at the end of the month.

Q:
How long do i get to pay?
|
(a) Residential customers must send payment within 14 days of windows being cleaned. (b) Commercial customers must pay within 28 days of there invoice date.

What payment methods do you accept?
|
We accept the following
payment methods - Cheque, Cash, Standing orders or Online bank transfer.

How much insurance do you have?
|

We have £5 million public
liability cover, so in the event of an accident you can rest assured that we are covered.
